Thyssengas GmbH is a member of the Germany-wide information system for pipeline enquiries (Bundesweite Informationssystem zur Leitungsrecherche, BIL). It provides comprehensive cross-sector online information about grids. You have the option of submitting your enquiry directly (in German only) at BIL - Das zentrale Portal für Ihre Bau- und Planungsanfragen. Using the BIL system for grid enquiries is free of charge for you and allows you to formulate your construction enquiry directly online, quickly and easily. The advantage of this is that your enquiry will get through without delay to all the pipeline operators that are available via BIL. If we are not responsible for the area related to your enquiry, then you will receive this information directly via BIL. However, if Thyssengas utility lines are going to be impacted by your construction project, then you will be informed about any safeguarding measures and requirements.

During civil engineering work, if any damage occurs to the gas pipelines owned by Thyssengas GmbH you must notify its permanently staffed Control Centre immediately.

Planned construction period
Precise description of the location of the planning activities or construction works
Phone number, e-mail and address for any queries
Meaningful planning or construction documentation (detailed plans)
