Voice recording of incoming calls for fault messages
We will only process and store the data that we have received from you in discussions with the control centre in accordance with the applicable legal regulations:

We process data in the context of voice recording in accordance with the applicable legal data protection requirements and only for the purposes listed below.

3. purposes of processing and legal basis
We process the data for the purpose of analysing and rectifying faults. The data is passed on for the purpose of preserving and managing evidence in the event of relevant incidents; in all other cases, the data is used and stored exclusively internally by Thyssengas and is not passed on to third parties.
The legal basis for the processing of your data is the DVGW regulations in combination with the EnWG.
4. recipients and transfer of your personal data
We may transfer data from the voice recording to third parties if there is a legitimate interest in doing so, unless there are overriding interests worthy of protection on the part of the data subject.
5 Duration of storage or criteria for determining this duration
Recorded voice recording data is deleted from the devices for direct access (repeated listening) after 30 minutes. For verification purposes, the conversations are archived for 10 years and then deleted. If voice recording data is processed to preserve evidence in the event of security-related incidents or suspicion of criminal offences, it will be deleted as soon as the respective process has been completed and there are no legal retention periods or other objective reasons to the contrary.
6 Your rights
6.1 Information, rectification, erasure, etc.
We will be happy to provide you with information about whether and which of your personal data we have stored and to whom we may have passed it on. In accordance with the statutory provisions, you can assert the following additional rights: Rectification, erasure, restriction of processing (blocking for certain purposes) and data portability.
6.2 Right of cancellation
If you have given us separate consent to process your personal data, you can withdraw this consent at any time. The legality of the processing of your data up to the time of revocation remains unaffected by a revocation.
6.3 Questions or complaints
Without prejudice to any other legal remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement. The supervisory authority responsible for Thyssengas is the North Rhine-Westphalia State Office for Information Security and Data Protection(www.ldi.nrw.de).
