We process data in the context of video surveillance in accordance with the applicable statutory data protection requirements and only for the purposes listed below.

Video surveillance is used for the detection of security-relevant events, the optical connection for remote control of other trades, for personal verification and, if necessary, for the preservation of evidence in the event of security-relevant events or suspicion of criminal offences.
Video surveillance is carried out to protect the legitimate interests of Thyssengas GmbH, to protect properties, employees and assets and to prevent damage to the company.
4 Recipients and disclosure of your personal data
Contracted service providers are obliged by Thyssengas GmbH to comply with data protection and security requirements. Your data is stored exclusively in Germany. We transmit data from video surveillance to third parties if there is a legitimate interest in doing so, provided that there are no overriding interests of the data subjects worthy of protection.
5 Duration of storage or criteria for determining this duration
Recorded video surveillance data will be deleted after 10 days at the latest. If recorded video surveillance data is processed to preserve evidence in the event of security-related incidents or suspicion of criminal offences, it will be deleted as soon as the respective process has been completed and there are no legal retention periods or other objective reasons to the contrary.
6 Your rights
6.1 Information, rectification, erasure, etc.
We will be happy to provide you with information about whether and which of your personal data we have stored and to whom we may have passed it on. In accordance with the statutory provisions, you can assert the following additional rights: Rectification, erasure, restriction of processing (blocking for certain purposes) and data portability.
6.2 Right of cancellation
If you have given us separate consent to process your personal data, you can withdraw this consent at any time. The legality of the processing of your data up to the time of revocation remains unaffected by a revocation.
6.3 Questions or complaints
Without prejudice to any other legal remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement. The supervisory authority responsible for Thyssengas is the North Rhine-Westphalia State Office for Information Security and Data Protection(www.ldi.nrw.de).
