We, Thyssengas GmbH, process your personal data in accordance with the applicable statutory data protection requirements for the purposes listed below.
Personal data within the meaning of this data protection information is all information that relates to you personally. This includes, in particular, your contact details and other data provided by you as part of the application process. It also includes technical data processed during the operation of this website.

3 Purposes of processing and legal basis
We use the personal data you provide exclusively to process your application. The legal basis is the necessity for the decision on the establishment of an employment relationship (§ 26 BDSG-Neu).
4 Recipients of the data
Only persons who are involved in the application process receive knowledge of your personal data. All employees entrusted with data processing are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of your data.
Service providers commissioned by Thyssengas GmbH are contractually obliged to comply with data protection and security requirements. Your data is stored exclusively in Germany.
We do not pass on your personal data to third parties unless you have consented to the data being passed on or we are obliged to pass on data on the basis of statutory provisions and/or official or court orders.
If you apply via the Internet portal, an account will be created in our career portal where you can view and manage your application.
If you decide to be included in the talent pool, the entire company will have access to your personal data for any job placements. You can join the talent pool by agreeing to an invitation from a recruiter or proactively via the "Get in touch" form.
5 Duration of storage and deletion of your data
Your data will be automatically deleted within six months of the end of the application process. This does not apply if legal provisions prevent deletion, if further storage is necessary for the purpose of providing evidence or if you have expressly consented to longer storage.
6 Data sources
In principle, the information is collected directly from you as part of the application process. Only in exceptional cases, and only to the extent necessary, will data be collected from third parties such as career networks.
7 Automated decision-making including profiling
Automated decision-making, including profiling, does not take place.

Children should not transmit any personal data to us without the consent of their parents or guardians. We encourage all parents and guardians to instruct their children in the safe and responsible use of personal data on the Internet. In any case, we will not knowingly collect personal data from children or use it in any way or disclose it to third parties without authorisation.
