Transmission system operator Thyssengas is carrying out pipeline construction work in the Marienbrücke area in Arnsberg – closure of the Uferstraße from 20 January 2026.

From Tuesday, 20 January 2026, the transmission system operator Thyssengas will continue the pipeline construction work, some of which is related to the renovation of the Marienbrücke bridge by the city of Arnsberg. As a result, Uferstraße (house numbers 1 to 3) will be completely closed to traffic for a length of approximately 80 metres. The houses located in the closed area will remain accessible for the entire duration of the work. Residents will be informed separately about the construction activities. The work will take approximately six weeks in total and, according to the current schedule, will be completed at the beginning of March 2026.
