Transmission system operator Thyssengas dismantles pipeline section at Gut Melschede in Sundern

During the week of 25 August 2025, the transmission system operator Thyssengas will begin pipeline construction work in a wooded area west of Gut Melschede (Sundern). A section of pipeline that is no longer needed will be dismantled here. Road traffic will not be affected, but a one-way system will be introduced on the footpaths and cycle paths in the forest area. A security service will regulate this on site. According to the current planning status, the measure will be completed by the end of October.
