Transmission system operator Thyssengas builds biogas feed-in plant in Rhede

Starting on Thursday, 29 January 2026, the transmission system operator Thyssengas will be constructing a biogas feed-in plant (BGEA) in Rhede. The work will take place between the streets "Enckhook" and "Am Woorter Bach" and will not affect traffic. Completion is scheduled for January 2027.

The BGEA serves to feed locally produced biogas into the Thyssengas network. The planning and implementation of the measure are being carried out in close consultation with representatives of the town of Rhede and the relevant authorities.
