Transmission system operator Thyssengas carries out pipeline construction work on Telgenweg in Arnsberg - second construction phase begins

From Monday, 30 September 2024, the transmission system operator Thyssengas will begin the second construction phase of the pipeline construction work on Telgenweg in Arnsberg. The second construction phase extends over a length of approx. 550 metres from the "Zum Krähenbrink" / "Stockhausenweg" intersection to "Zum Herdringer Schloß" and will result in a full closure of Telgenweg in this section. In total, the work in this construction section will take around seven weeks and, according to current planning, will be completed in mid-November 2024.

The diversions are via "Holzener Weg", Märkische Straße and Dungestraße. The stopping ban will remain in place on Dungestraße. Access to the "Zum Krähenbrink" / "Stokhausenweg" junction will also be maintained. The communication of the third and final construction phase will be the subject of a separate announcement by the company.

For the Schlosszauber garden festival from 18 to 20 October 2024, the full closure of Telgenweg will be lifted and a one-way street will be set up.

The planning and implementation of the measure will be carried out in close coordination with representatives of the city of Arnsberg, the Hochsauerland district and Straßen.NRW. Thyssengas asks for your understanding for the resulting inconvenience.
