Thyssengas is carrying out pipework on Wittener Straße in Castrop-Rauxel

The transmission system operator Thyssengas will be carrying out pipeline works on Wittener Straße in Castrop-Rauxel from 22 July 2026. For the duration of the works, the road will be partially closed near the underpass beneath the L654, at the Marienstraße bus stop. Traffic will be diverted past the construction site, and unobstructed passage will continue to be guaranteed. The bus stop will be relocated by approximately 200 metres towards the town centre. The works are expected to last around six weeks and are due to be completed in mid-September.
