Thyssengas is carrying out pipework on Kirchstraße in Wickede (Ruhr)

The transmission system operator Thyssengas will be carrying out pipeline works on Kirchstraße in Wickede (Ruhr) from 22 July 2026. For the duration of the works, the road between “Obere Holmkestraße” and “Am Lehmacker” will be completely closed to traffic. A diversion will be in place via “Am Lehmacker”, “Hauptstraße” and “Nordstraße”. Pedestrians and cyclists will still be able to pass through the area whilst the works are underway. The works are expected to last approximately six weeks and, according to current plans, will be completed by mid-September.
