Thyssengas is carrying out pipework on Herderstraße in Ahaus

From Friday 17 July 2026, the transmission system operator Thyssengas will be carrying out pipeline construction work near number 4 Herderstraße in Ahaus. The work will result in the closure of the pavement over a distance of approximately 50 metres. Pedestrians will be diverted via a temporary footpath. No restrictions on car traffic are expected. The works are expected to last around four weeks in total and will be completed by mid-August.

The planning and implementation of the project are being carried out in close consultation with representatives of the town of Ahaus and the relevant authorities. Thyssengas asks for your understanding regarding any inconvenience caused.
