Thyssengas is carrying out pipework in Sundern – the road “In d. Freiheit” will be closed from 18 September 2026

The transmission system operator Thyssengas will be carrying out pipeline works on the street “In d. Freiheit” in Sundern from 18 September 2026. To allow the work to take place, the road will be completely closed in the area around house number 17. Traffic will be diverted via the main road whilst the works are in progress. The street “In d. Freiheit” will remain accessible from both ends via the link to the main road and Schwemker Ring whilst the works are in progress, but will not be passable throughout its entire length. All adjacent properties will remain accessible whilst the works are in progress. The works are expected to last approximately six weeks and, according to current plans, will be completed in early November.
