Utility works on Ulmenstraße
For the works on Ulmenstraße, a half-lane closure will be in place from Monday 27 July 2026 at house number 22. Traffic will be able to continue flowing past the construction site. As part of the construction work, it will be necessary to fell a tree. The tree felling will take place on Wednesday 22 July 2026 in the area described. In addition, as part of the pipeline construction work, it will be necessary to briefly relieve the pressure and vent the pipeline. As Thyssengas has set itself the aim of reducing the methane emissions associated with such measures as far as technically possible, the majority of the gas in the pipeline will be vented via downstream networks. On Tuesday, 11 August 2026, the remaining volume will be vented via a mobile flare system. This may result in noise emissions and a visible flame on that day. Public parking spaces on the street will be available only to a very limited extent for the duration of the work.
Pipeline construction work on Bunsenstraße
At the same time, from Monday 27 July 2026, pipeline construction work will take place on Bunsenstraße near number 35. The carriageway will also be closed on one side here. Access to the chemist’s in this area will remain possible for the duration of the works. Traffic will be able to continue flowing past the construction site.
The planning and implementation of the works are being carried out in close consultation with representatives of the City of Lippstadt and the relevant authorities. Thyssengas asks for your understanding regarding the resulting disruption.
