Thyssengas is carrying out pipeline construction work in Welver – road closures on Haselstraße and Bahnhofstraße

From Wednesday 15 April 2026, the transmission system operator Thyssengas will begin pipeline construction work on Haselstraße and Bahnhofstraße in Welver. During the works, Haselstraße will be completely closed at the junction with Bahnhofstraße and will become a dead end. Access to properties on Haselstraße will be maintained throughout the works. In addition, there will be a partial closure at the same point on Bahnhofstraße, affecting both pedestrians and motorists. Traffic will be able to continue flowing past the construction site. Local residents will be informed separately about the construction activities. The construction work will take around one month and, according to current plans, is scheduled to be completed by mid-May.
