Thyssengas is carrying out pipeline construction work in Rhede – road closures this summer

From Tuesday 26 May 2026, the transmission system operator Thyssengas will begin pipeline works in Rhede. A connection pipeline for a biogas feed-in plant (BGEA) will be constructed there. The construction work is expected to be completed by the end of 2026. Over the course of the summer, road closures will also be necessary at the junction of ‘Am Woorter Bach’ and ‘Hovesath’ as part of the pipeline construction. Thyssengas will provide further details on these measures in a separate communication.

The planning and implementation of the project are being carried out in close consultation with representatives of the town of Rhede and the relevant authorities. Thyssengas apologises for any inconvenience caused.
