Control energy offtaking

Since 1 April 2011, Thyssengas GmbH has merged its Thyssengas H-Gas and Thyssengas L-Gas market areas into the new multiple-grade market area THE. This is where active offtaking of control energy takes place among the control energy providers for all market area-spanning network operators of the alliance.

Equal treatment

The revised German Energy Industry Act (EnWG) came into force on 13 July 2005. This also involved a number of obligations for utilities. Thyssengas GmbH affirms the statutory requirements of the German Energy industry Act, in particular the warranty of transparency as well as the non-discriminatory definitions and settlement of the grid operation.
