Metering point operation and metering

With the resolution date 23 August 2017, the German Federal Network Agency (BNetzA) adopted a stipulation for the adaptation of standard contracts to the requirements of the Act on the Digitalisation of the Energy Transition.

The following standard contract thereby applies as of 1 October 2017:

• Thyssengas metering point operator framework contract

Appendices to the gas metering point operator framework contract:

• Appendix 1: Technical specification and parameters of the metering points
• Appendix 2: Contact person
• Appendix 3: Scope of the measurement installations and data sheet
• Appendix 4: Installation certificate for work on gas installations assigned to a network connection
• Appendix 5: Data exchange, formates, release of metering points, processes and deadlines
