Approval of Technical Capacity According to § 9 (4) GasNZV

The Federal Network Agency (BNetzA) has approved Thyssengas' technical capacity for the gas year 2021/2022 pursuant to § 9 (4) GasNZV. The overall amount of technical capacity of Thyssengas in the forthcoming annual auction is equivalent to the capacities shown in the network development plan NEP and is essentially the same as before the market area merger. Thyssengas will not offer additional capacity (“Zusätzliche Kapazität”) within the meaning of the KAP+ decision of the Federal Network Agency of 26.03.2020 (Ref.: BK7-19-037) in the upcoming annual auction.
