For the Trading Hub Europe (THE) market area the transmission system operators have determined the uniform tariff from 1 January 2023 on the basis of the Federal Network Agency’s (BNetzA) REGENT 2021 decision.

According to Article 19 No. 9 of the Commission regulation (EU) 2017/459 establishing a network code on capacity allocation mechanisms in gas transmission systems (CAM NC) adjacent transmission system operators shall offer available capacities at the interconnection points at one virtual interconnection point (VIP).

According to 19 (9) Article of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/459 of 16 March 2017 (CAM NC) transmission system operators shall offer available capacities of interconnection points connecting the same two adjacent entry-exit systems at one virtual interconnection point to provide one single capacity service as defined in Article 3 No. 23 CAM NC.

In the period from 11.01.2021 to 16.04.2021, a Germany-wide market survey on the demand for gas infrastructures for hydrogen and green gases will take place, which is aimed at companies, project managers and distribution network operators.

The Federal Network Agency (BNetzA) has approved Thyssengas' technical capacity for the gas year 2021/2022 pursuant to § 9 (4) GasNZV.
